I began my real estate career in 1989 working for luxury condo developer in Miami, FL. I was promoted to Broker of Mystic Point Realty in Aventura, FL in 1995 and then went on to be a top producing agent for Sotheby's International Realty on Miami Beach FL in 1999, where I specialized in Luxury Estates Homes. In 2004 I purchased a vacation home in the Florida Keys and fell in love with the area. Six months later I made the Keys my permanent home. Since joining Coldwell Banker Schmitt Real Estate Co. I have been a consistent Top Producer for the company. In 2012 I earned a membership into Coldwell Banker's President's International Elite which distinguishes me as one of the top Coldwell Banker Sales Associates Globally. I have 7 people on my team consisting of myself, a team manager, three buyer's agents and two administrative assistants. Ryan Gernaat is the team manager/ marketing coordinator, John Salvatore is the Senior Buyers Agent, Lisa Habecker and Olivia Dutoit are the other buyer's agents, and Megan Gaylord and Caitlin Meyer are our administrative assistants. We love Zillow but you can't always go by Zillow's prices. However, you can trust Lisa and John and her entire team. They are the BEST. We have now done two transactions with them in Key West over the past two years and we could not be happier. I knew I was going to work with Lisa somehow in my life when I moved to the Florida Keys in 2010. I remember always seeing her marketing stuff when we moved there and thought she was genius to make herself so well known all through out the island. I loved it! Well fast forward to 2021 when it was time to sell our home... I knew just the person for the job. Lisa is 100 percent your girl for the job. Don't hesitate one bit to choose her and her team. Not only is she knowledgeable, but she cares. She goes above and beyond her job. We had horrible (and that's an understatement) tenants occupying are home. They were so difficult throughout the entire process. Even daring enough to ask us for a very large amount of OUR money from OUR sales. Lisa handled them with elegance and grace throughout out the entire process. She made the selling process extremely peaceful and easy. Not to mention we are stationed in Italy. The hours between us are so off. When it's morning in the Keys, it's night time for us. She was always there when we needed her, she works around the clock for her clients. You can tell she values your relationship because she is ALWAYS there. I can't recommend her enough. You'd be losing out if you went with anyone else!!!
